Q. How do I visit someone in jail?
A. Video Visitation for inmates, in Collier County, Naples, is available seven days a week. Inmates are allowed two visits per week and no more than one visit per day.

Effective Immediately
OPEN to the public: noon to 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
CLOSED from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Visitation is still open 7 days a week and the visitation week still begins on each Monday.
NEW No Contact Orders
If a visitor and an inmate, victim vs. defendant, have an ACTIVE no contact order, visits will no longer be permitted. This procedure is being implemented as a visitation rule in an effort to honor a judge’s ruling of no contact with the victim (NCWV).
Credentials along with a valid ID must be presented at the time of visit.
Collier County Sheriff’s Office Jail is located at the central CCSO Headquarters facility at US-41 and Airport Road.
